Terms of use

These pages describe Personal AI Briefing, a private project maintained by Sebastian for his own planning. They do not offer a hosted assistant or enrollment service.

Purpose and present availability

The project prepares summaries of approved responsibilities and possible follow-ups from read-only sources on the owner's Mac. Native GAIA integration is being validated. Recurring 8:00 AM America/New_York iMessage delivery is planned and is not currently enabled. A scheduled briefing cannot be guaranteed while the Mac is asleep, offline, shut down, unauthenticated, or missing a working source.

Permissions and authorization

The Google connection uses Gmail read-only and Google Calendar read-only scopes. No email or calendar modification is authorized. Blackboard collection never submits assignments, and Rally monitoring never pushes or merges code. A connection grants only the access explicitly approved for that connection. Public website access does not grant access to the Mac, Google account, GAIA databases, or any private source.

Testing must use synthetic records unless the specific real-data route is separately validated and approved. Live iMessage sends, recurring delivery, account-policy changes, and new external data recipients require their own authorization.

Review the underlying source

Briefings and AI suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Due dates, submission status, employment responsibilities, research holds, calendar changes, and application requirements must be checked against their authoritative sources. Missing evidence is not a confirmed missing submission or a completed task. The project does not replace professional, academic, medical, legal, or financial judgment.

Personal project and NewYu

The project uses a dedicated subdomain of new-yu.app for these public disclosures. It is separate from NewYu's production application and preview, with no shared login, product enrollment, or transfer of private briefing records to NewYu. These terms do not change NewYu's product terms or privacy policy.

Third-party software, APIs, model weights, and services remain subject to their own licenses and policies. GAIA's pinned source license and its self-host provisioning requirements still need to be satisfied for the intended use. Nothing here grants a paid entitlement or a commercial-use license.

Changes and discontinuation

The owner may pause or discontinue this personal project. These information pages do not create a subscription, payment obligation, service-level agreement, or guarantee of continuous access. Changes that affect private data handling or permissions require review before activation.
